Question 3: How do I take advantage of the 90 day extension?
Answer:
Easy. As you near the close of your membership, simply email support@worktree.com stating that you have not
found a job and need to take advantage of the 90 day extension. The 90 days will be added to the date of your membership expiration
regardless of when you request it and there is only one 90 day extension allowed.

Question 4: How can I use WorkTree.com effectively?
Answer:
WorkTree.com is a job portal designed to save you time and help you find more places to look for jobs. We provide the resources in an efficient
manner, but you are required to do some work as well. Search our vast databases of job links, etc. and take the time and
sign and post your resumes on as many applicable sites, sign up for free email alerts, contact recruiters and search their sites, etc. There is so much

Question 5: Where do I post my resume?
Answer:
Click here to post your resume to WorkTree's resume bank. Also, we link you to thousands of places on the internet to post your resume and it is important that you visit
those sites applicable to you and post your resume where possible. We do have a premium resume distribution service called ResumeMessenger.com which blasts
your resume to thousands of matching recruiters overnight. The best part is that if you are a WorkTree.com member, you can use this feature for
50% off the normal rates. Remember, the 50% discount is ONLY for WorkTree.com members.

Q & A SECTION: I can't log In - HELP!
Question 1: I can't log into WorkTree.com
Answer:
We have thousands of valid users logging into WorkTree.com daily. If you can't login, then please verify the following first:
- You did sign up for WorkTree.com membership, select a membership package of either 3 month Silver, 6 month Gold or 1 year Platinum, and
pay the required membership fee online?
- You did attempt to login to WorkTree.com correct, Click here for login page.
- You are trying to login using the same email login id and password that you registered with?
- Your membership is still active and not expired
- You are not confusing your ResumeMessenger.com order with WorkTree.com membership? Remember these are
two different services. If you ONLY purchased a ResumeMessenger.com resume distribution package (National Power Package, Deluxe Package or Direct Hit)
then you don't have a WorkTree.com membership account and thus no login id and/or password.
- Finally, make sure your cookies are enabled on your browser as this is required to create a session state and

Question 3: I keep having to constantly re-log in
Answer:
We have a session time-out limit of 5 minutes for your security. If you are logged in and your computer remains
idle for 5 minute then your session ends and you are required to login again. If for some reason you find yourself constantly
logging in, then it most likely has to do with your cookie setting on your computer. Cookies are required to maintain

Question 1: Why is there a separate fee for ResumeMessenger.com service?
Answer:
This is a premium service of WorkTree and available at 50% off the normal rates for WorkTree.com members. WorkTre.com
membership is for access to the job portal resources and ResumeMessenger.com is for blasting your resume out to matching recruiters
overnight. Please read the HELP link located at the bottom of every page in WorkTree.com to learn more about how these
two services interact.
We make it very apparent that there is a separate and discounted fee for this as listed below:
- On the bottom of EVERY page in WorkTree.com there is a linked called HELP
which explains that these 2 are different services. Here is the link so you

- When you visit www.ResumeMessenger.com, before you can even reachthe pay
screen we inform customers that they will receive 50% off if they are a registered

Question 2: Why does my web resume say its expired?
Answer:
WorkTree.com membership and ResumeMessenger.com are two different services entirely. WorkTree.com provides you access to
the job portal resources and when you signed up you received a specific start date and end date depending on which membership package you selected.
Same thing with ResumeMessenger.com, each resume distribution package states how long your web resume is kept active after distribution.
The Direct Hit package keeps it active for 30 days and both the National Power Package and Deluxe Package keeps it active for 60 days.

Question 1: How we deal with credit card fraud
Answer:
Credit card fraud of any kind is a serious violation. As an online business, your privacy and
security comes first. If you suspect that someone has purchased a service using your credit card
please report it immediately to support@worktree.com. We have detailed logs on each account and can
perform in depth tracking and tracing. VIOLATERS WILL BE PROSECUTED. Also, any false claim of fraud in an
attempt to cancel payment is fraud itself and will carry PENALTIES AND FINES as well as blacklisting of your
information to other online merchants who share transaction databases.

Question 2: I found a job after I joined, can I get a refund?
Answer:
Once you sign up for WorkTree.com membership and or ResumeMessenger.com there are no refunds. If our
services helped you find a job or not, the service fees are not refundable. Many people sign up for memberships and then
find a job weeks later and may not need access to WorkTree at that point. In these cases, we do allow for member transfers, you can
sell your WorkTree.com membership or transfer it to someone else with no penalty. We will handle the administrative changes at no cost but we DO NOT issue refunds. For the
ResumeMessenger.com service, once your web resume is created and blasted out, no refunds are provided.

Question 3: Our satisfaction guarantee policy
Answer:
Our guarantee policy is that if you do not find a job by the time your membership expires, then we will extend
your membership by an extra 3 months (90 days) at NO CHARGE. This guarantee is stated in the "Pricing" link
which is located at the bottom of EVERY page in WorkTree.com and it is also stated on the payment page prior submitting
your payment for membership.

Question 4: Denial of payment procedures
Answer:
WorkTree.com is designed as a tool to aid the online job seeker. This site is the result of years of research and
development which is translated into very small and affordable membership fees for access. We have been helping job seekers since
1999 and are at a point where we get renewals on a daily basis from previous members. When a person decides to not pay
or deny the credit card charge, it IS NOT fair to those paying members.
Our standard practice:
- Our guarantee policy is stated clearly on the site - 90 day extension only - no refunds.
- We will fax the credit card company our policies and procedures as well as a copy of your paid
registration information showing package selected, amount paid and date of order.

Question 5: Do we auto renew and charge your card?

to you to renew at your own discretion and you will have to re-enter your billing information to start up again. The same applies
for ResumeMessenger.com, once your web resume expires, it is simply de-activated. We don't believe in auto billing of any kind. Keep in mind if you use
both WorkTree.com and ResumeMessenger.com, both charges will show the merchant as WorkTree.com on your credit card statement.

Question 3: Job freshness & updating
Answer:
The Power Search is quite complex. It has to scrape job data from hundreds of sites and each jobsite maintains
its job data differently. We try our best to bring back timely and accurate results. Sometimes you will see the same job
listed multiple times and also click on jobs that may be expired. This occurs when the job scraper is currently running and waiting
to update the database with new information. Sometimes this just happens and is one of the drawbacks of a meta search tool and that is
why we have many other resources at your disposal besides just the Power Job Search feature.

Question 4: What about automatic email job alerts?
Answer:
WorkTree.com does not provide this feature. The main reason is because WorkTree.com is a job portal, we don't control the
thousands of sites that post jobs and have no control over the job data. Each site that we scan stores its job data differently and
also updates them at different times making it quite impossible to create a job agent concept. Other sites, like Monster, etc. can
easily do this because they are a single site, not a portal and run the job agent against their own data only, not against hundreds or thousands of different sites.

Question 5: The job link doesn't open when clicked?
Answer:
Please make sure you have disabled or uninstalled any pop-up stoppers or pop-up killers. When you click a job link, the job details
open up in a pop-up window to make navigation easy. However, many people now have pop-up stoppers installed on their PC's and this will
also prevent these job detail pop-ups from showing as well. So to view the jobs, please disable this or configure your anti-popup
software to allow WorkTree pop-ups.
